General Information
New England Cheer was founded and is directed by Tonja M Pacheco.The entire Pacheco family runs the business together,this includes her wonderful husband Joe,and three of her four daughters Jocelyn,Jazmyn,and Jewelyn.
New England Cheer's main office is located in Swansea MA. The girls learn to cheer,chant,cheer-dance,some jumps,kicks,marches,and claps.
New England Cheer's Little Ladies are sponsored by The Kirky Cancer Foundation and perform in any Non-Profit or charity event such as MS walks,breast cancer evets, cancer events, local charity events,grand openings,as well as recitals.We are always appreciative to parents who refer us to such events.Our Little Ladies are taught to give of themselves and ONLY cheer for charity.
Achievement awards are given out at all recitals to all students. Students must be enrolled in sessions to participate in performances.
Recital and one event (2 events total) are mandatory each session.
The following is a list of information for the Little Ladies and their parents.
Code of conduct:
- Be respectful polite, and obedient to parents, teachers, teammates, instructors, as well as any person they encounter at all times.
- Give best effort with schoolwork, homework, as well as cheering
- To be well rested, (this means getting enough sleep and going to bed on time)
- To practice at home a minimum of 15 minutes, 5 days a week
- To be healthy by putting more good things in your body then bad (apples instead of chips, water instead of soda, help available if needed)
- Neat and clean appearance at all times (clean those nails, wash those faces, tie that hair back)
- Absolutely no swearing or inappropriate language will be tolerated at all
- Will arrive 10 minutes prior to your class practice
- Will be attentive during class
- Attend a minimum of 2 events (recitals count as one event)
- Breaking code of conduct can result in expulsion from the Little Ladies, without refund

- Parents encouraged to stay during practice
- Please encourage your little Lady to put in her practice time. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN BUILDING FLEXABILITY ENDURANCE AS WELL AS LEARNING HER ROUTINES AND MOVES.
- Students are expected to know there music. (words and beat) DVD’s available for purchase
- No classes during school vacations
- Snow days, please call main office 2 hours prior to class.
- Recital details given out mid practice
Practice dress code (worn to practices 2-8 only)
- Wear red team practice shirt
- Black bottoms-shorts, pants, skorts or any workout attire. NO SKIRTS
- Sneakers-athletic shoes of any kind, ( no sandals, open toed shoes, or platforms)
- Rooter poms
- Long hair, ALWAYS, tied back in pony tail, pig tails, braids, tight buns. No messy “up do’s” allowed.
- Short hair, must be pulled back in headbands or burettes.
- No jewelry
- Must have water at all practices, no soda, cool aid or juice. This is mandatory!
- Little Ladies will do warm-ups and stretches(for flexibility and safety) in the beginning of all practices be sure your child is dressed comfortably
Performance dress code (always in effect at any event)
- Little Ladies cheer uniform, neat and clean
- May wear red turtlenecks under uniform for performances during cold weather
- White tennis shoes, must be completely white at all times (no sneakers, see instructors for details)
- Shoe poms Long Hair-bows, Short hair-head bands,Performance Poms, Little Ladies cheer socks

Option #1. $75.00 in full for session
Option #2. $25 Registration fee to hold spot

Mandatory performance uniform
Full uniform includes Shell, skirt, hair bow, show poms, and shoe poms. Little Ladies uniform will always be the same, it can be worn for several sessions until your Little Lady grows out of it. Uniform buy back available after first purchase. Performance shoes Can be purchased at Payless, Walmart, Target etc. May be canvas or leather just needs to be all white.
